1	• The Thalolam scheme was implemented to provide free treatment to children from poor families below 18 years with life threatening diseases. During 2022-23, 18517 children were benefited.
2	• Aswasakiranam scheme is implemented to provide monthly financial assistance @ Rs.600 is provided to the caregivers of severely mentally challenged persons and persons with severe physical disability
3	During 2022-23, 38104 beneficiaries were benefited under Aswasakiranam Scheme.
4	• Snehasparsham is a continuing scheme of KSSM,this scheme provides financial assistance of Rs. 2000/- per month to unwed mothers. 538 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
5	• Under the scheme Snehasanthwanam financial assistance of Rs. 2200/- is given to bedridden endosulfan victims and Rs. 1700/- to such bedridden endosulfan victims who are getting disability pension.
6	All other endosulfan victims are given Rs. 1200/-. 5376 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
7	• Educational assistance @ Rs.2000/- to children studying in class 1 to VII, and children who are studying in buds school; @Rs.3000/- to VIII to X and @ Rs.4000/- to XI and XII
8	has been allotted to the children of Endosulfan victim of Kasargod district. 684 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
9	• Monthly assistance to the care givers of endosulfan victims who are fully bedridden or mentally retarded @Rs.700/- per month under Special Aswasakiranam scheme. 804 beneficiaries are benefited.
10	• The Vayomithram scheme provides free medical checkup and treatment through mobile clinic. This Scheme is being implemented in 6 Corporations, 85 municipalities and in 4 block in the State.
11	289030 senior citizens get the benefits of the Vayomithram scheme during 2022-23.
12	• The Sruthitharangam scheme is to provide Cochlear Implantation to children selected by State Level Technical Committees for Cochlear Implantation and to provide Auditory Verbal Habilitation.
13	109 children are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
14	• Dhwani scheme for free speech processor upgradation to the implanted children before introducing Sruthitharangam Scheme. 29 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
15	• Maintenance scheme for cochlear implant accessories and speech processor. 212 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
16	• Snehapoorvam scheme is to provide financial assistance to children who lost both parents or either of them and the other alive parent is not in a position to look after them.

18	• Mittayi is a comprehensive social security program for children and adolescents with Type1 Diabetes mellitus. 1469 children are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
19	• The Samashwasam Scheme covers 4 categories of beneficiaries. Kidney patients who belong to B.P.L families, patients who have undergone Kidney/ Liver transplantation surgery,
20	patients who are affected by Heamophilia and related diseases and to Sickle Cell Anaemia patients. 2977 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
21	• WE CARE is designed as an umbrella organization which design, implement, co-ordinate, assists and facilitates various social security service activities in an effective and sustainable way.
22	100 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2022-23.
23	• During 2022-23, 91511 persons with disabilities were issued UDID cards.
24	• Cancer Suraksha Scheme was implemented for the treatment of children from poor families who are afflicted with cancer. During 2022-23, 8652 children have been benefited.
25	Newborn Hearing Screening has been continued at 61 Government Maternity Hospitals. 110244 newborns were screened and 6965 were referred for higher checkups
26	The Programme for Person with Disabilities implemented as part of continuing programme of Anuyatra - Comprehensive programme for Person with Disabilities
27	31,354 Person with Disabilities and their families were supported through the Helpdesk.
28	27783 children with development delay and disabilities were supported through 5 Regional Early Intervention Centres at Government Medical Colleges.
29	30 students with intellectual disabilities were trained in Horticulture therapy jointly with Kerala Agriculture University.
30	Autism Centres at Government Medical Colleges and IMHANS, Kozhikode supported 33260 children with Autism with various services, which include various therapies, treatment, etc.
31	888 children were supported in confirming the hearing disability using BERA, provided by KSSM at National Programme for Prevention and Control of Deafness Centres at 14 Districts.
32	1343 children with special needs received support through Special Anganwadi in Kozhikode and out of which 338 Children were enrolled in General Schools.
33	Therapy services were provided at grass root level and 134151 children were supported through 25 Mobile Intervention Units, in the nearby places of their residence.
34	Regional Autism Research and Rehabilitation Centre for providing advanced services and to undertake research activities in the field of Autism at NIPMR, TSR supported 2102 children with disabilities
35	State Registry for Person with Ankylosing Spondylitis has been developed and 116 persons registered. 42 eligible persons with Ankylosing Spondylitis were provided with necessary medicines free of cost
36	State Registry for Persons with Multiple Sclerosis has been developed and 148 registered. 75 eligible persons with Multiple Sclerosis were provided with necessary medicines free of cost.
37	Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Unit has supported at NIPMR and 390 persons with spinal cord injuries availed the services gait and motion analysis lab at this centre.
38	Cerebral Palsy Research and Rehabilitation Centre has been started at NIPMR and 4597 therapeutic sessions were provided.
39	The Prosthetic and Orthotic Unit at NIPMR has provided various assistive devices for 398 persons with disabilities
40	A mobile intervention centre "Rehab Express" has supported at NIPMR and 698 persons with disabilities living in remote areas availed services.
41	State of Art Building for District Early Intervention Centre has been constructed at Kollam, Trichur, Malappuram, Waynad and Kannur and along with equipment handed over to National Health Mission.

43	Supported equipment for Model Child Rehabilitation Centre at Madayi, Erinjholi and Tanalur Panchayats and supported 104 children with disabilities through this centre.
